About the Role:
SharkNinja is seeking a self-motivated Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) to join the New Product Development (NPD) group.
The STPM acts as the "glue" within the team-aligning project direction and key decision points across all business disciplines. This role partners closely with Design Managers and Engineers, sharing responsibility for delivering NPD products to market.
The STPM owns the "WHAT" (scope, goals, outcomes)
Design Managers/Engineers own the "HOW" (technical execution)
The ideal candidate can understand complex technical challenges and translate them effectively for non-technical, cross-functional teams. This person will also contribute to select technical activities while demonstrating strong listening, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class ("5-star") products to market
Ensure global team alignment on product direction ("right product")
Maintain project schedules to meet timelines and retailer requirements ("right time")
Communicate project status, risks, and key issues to stakeholders
Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across global teams
Partner closely with Engineering and TPM teams throughout the product lifecycle
Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in project management or engineering (project management preferred)
Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
Engineering background
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances
Budget management experience
Experience presenting to executive leadership or board-level stakeholders
Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CREO

Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$92,800-$140,000 USD
