About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles. Reporting to the Head of Technical Recruiting, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year.

Top of funnel is a crucial bottleneck in our recruiting engine and we’re looking for someone who:

  • Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates
  • Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
  • Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
  • Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
  • Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
