We are looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams—both internally and client-side—to drive technical adoption, resolve issues, and unlock product value and business desired outcomes. The ideal candidate is technically adept, customer-obsessed, and excited to operate in a dynamic, evolving ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the relationship with technical stakeholders (Product, Engineering, and Technology teams) and assigned customers post-onboarding, ensuring continued adoption and value realization with the AppsFlyer platform.
  • Optimize clients’ technical integrations and product configurations to align with business goals.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to support key accounts with technical guidance, solution design, and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across AppsFlyer's offerings and educate clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and new features.
  • Document reusable technical solutions and templates to scale adoption across teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Solutions Architecture, Partner Integrations, Marketing, and Engineering—to influence product strategy and resolve technical challenges.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders on the client side.
  • Represent AppsFlyer at industry events, conferences, and customer visits (up to 20% travel).

What you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfortable working with large datasets and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management to drive the client’s programs forward and achieve their business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and process-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in mobile marketing, ad tech, martech, or analytics platforms.
  • Prior experience at a SaaS company or working with APIs and mobile SDKs.
  • Experience presenting to or influencing technical leadership and large audiences.

For our NY -based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $200,000 and $230,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
