Description

TripleTen is a leading online coding bootcamp that offers to learn coding and data analysis skills for tech industry jobs in less than a year in the US, Latin America, and Brazil.

Our research-based learning method is focused on ensuring that after completing our program, every student, regardless of their initial abilities, will find employment in tech industry with 100% money-back guarantee and 87% employment rate among our 6K+ graduates.

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to launch and scale paid acquisition for our new online master’s degree programs offered in partnership with US universities. You will own acquisition from the first ad impression through to enrollment, with Meta Ads as your primary channel. Experience with Google Ads, particularly YouTube, is a strong plus.

What you will do
  • Launch paid acquisition from scratch for our new online master’s degree programs offered in partnership with US universities.
  • Own acquisition strategy, budgets, and hands-on campaign execution, with Meta Ads as your primary channel. Experience with Google Ads and YouTube will allow you to test and develop these channels as well.
  • Build, test, and scale acquisition funnels for a high-ticket B2C product, from the first ad impression through qualification, consultations, and enrollment.
  • Optimize for qualified prospects and customer acquisition cost, using CRM data, sales call transcripts, and conversion rates across the funnel to guide decisions.
  • Develop and rapidly test hypotheses around audiences, messaging, offers, creative formats, and landing pages. Scale what works and stop what doesn’t.
  • Turn audience research and competitor insights into actionable creative briefs. Work with the team and external partners to produce and iterate on ads and landing pages.
  • Set up advertising accounts, pixels, conversion events, and campaign tracking, with support from analytics and engineering teams where needed.
  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and build a qualified waitlist ahead of the opening of paid enrollment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition, with recent hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, including audience acquisition through YouTube.
  • Experience in acquisition-first or paid-marketing-first companies, where paid acquisition is a core driver of revenue.
  • Proven success acquiring customers for high-ticket B2C products through multi-step funnels involving qualification, consultations, and sales conversations. Experience with products priced at $10,000+ is strongly preferred.
  • Experience personally managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000–$100,000 or more, with measurable business results.
  • A track record of launching acquisition from scratch: setting up accounts and tracking, testing initial hypotheses, finding effective combinations of audiences, offers, and creatives, and scaling them.
  • Strong hands-on Meta Ads expertise, including campaign structure, audience testing, pixel and conversion setup, creative experimentation, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on Google Ads expertise beyond Search, particularly YouTube and video-led acquisition for products that require consideration and demand generation.
  • Full-funnel analytical skills: you work with CAC, ROMI, lead-to-call and call-to-sale conversion rates, and use CRM and BI data to assess performance beyond cost per lead.
  • Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, and conversion tracking. You can define conversion events and validate tracking, collaborating with analysts and engineers when needed.
  • Experience testing offers, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, and writing clear briefs for designers, content producers, and external partners.
  • Confidence working independently in a new product environment, with limited historical data and no established acquisition playbook.
  • AI tools are already part of your day-to-day workflow.
  • Full professional English.
  • Based within CET ±3 hours, with at least 2 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time.
What we can offer you
  • Competitive compensation: 4500-5000 USD Gross per month.
  • Full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule.
  • A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals.
  • All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc).
