Senior Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager to join our Managed Accounts Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA or New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Expertise on execution of complex client reporting and performance analysis by utilizing in-depth knowledge of client operations processes and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting methodologies and ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes, demonstrating expertise in the field
Acts as high level consultant/ advisor to clients regarding client performance reporting, portfolio management and inquiries.
Engages with clients to collect feedback used to improve client experience. Reviews reports created on client portfolio performance and provided feedback on online tools and reporting platforms.
Serves as a consultant and advisor in conducting high-level, highly visible and sensitive reporting on risk management, compositing, and portfolio performance.
Fosters and maintains high level relationships with clients in order to provide feedback on portfolio performance and gather commentary on improving systems.
Owns planning and implementation of improvements to systems used by associates to collect and report on client performance as well as systems utilized by clients.
Provides guidance to less experienced associates on how to identify and address client needs. Implement improvement processes for all commercial aspects on Client Reporting.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
Industry certification CIPM preferred.
Experience in researching data issues using database queries and tools.
Experience in Performance, reporting, GIPS, Attribution is Preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
