The role requires someone who can develop thoughtful analysis, create clear executive communications, coordinate complex initiatives, and translate ideas into practical and measurable action.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and evaluate growth opportunities across clients, markets, segments, countries, products, and solutions.
- Structure business questions, develop hypotheses, and determine the research and analysis required to inform strategic and commercial decisions.
- Synthesize data, market intelligence, client insights, and perspectives from across BNY to develop an enterprise view of priority growth opportunities.
- Help translate growth strategies into practical go-to-market plans, campaigns, client actions, and sales rhythms.
- Identify the data, tools, processes, communications, and coordination required to move strategic initiatives forward.
- Develop clear materials that articulate the opportunity, rationale, recommended actions, ownership, and expected outcomes.
- Support strategic and commercial initiatives from initial concept through assessment, design, piloting, implementation, and scale.
- Translate priorities into clear workplans, milestones, deliverables, ownership, and measures of success.
- Coordinate stakeholder input, monitor progress and dependencies, and help identify practical solutions to execution challenges.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies across commercial workflows, including client research, seller preparation, planning, opportunity management, and client engagement.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to understand business needs, define potential AI use cases, and establish requirements and measures of success.
- Work with business, technology, data, product, risk, and other partners to develop, test, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Commercial AI capabilities.
- Support communications, demonstrations, and enablement that help commercial teams adopt new tools and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Contribute to commercial planning activities that connect enterprise priorities with client, segment, country, and business plans.
- Monitor coverage performance and support the evaluation and design of coverage models.
- Support the enterprise Client Satisfaction program, including survey strategy, design, execution, analysis, and the translation of client feedback into action.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve coordination, and create more consistent and repeatable ways of working.
- Create clear, concise presentations and written materials for senior leaders and other stakeholders.
- Translate complex information and varied perspectives into coherent narratives, practical recommendations, and defined next steps.
- Work collaboratively across BNY to build alignment, connect capabilities, and advance shared commercial priorities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Approximately 10-12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, sales enablement, business operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to work with financial, client, market, and performance data.
- Strong qualitative problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous business questions.
- Ability to synthesize multiple sources of information into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations and materials for senior audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative working style and the ability to build productive relationships across businesses, functions, and levels.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, judgment, and commitment to follow-through.
