  • Aligning and leading local COOs to deliver consistently high standards

  • Driving performance across fulfillment centres, supply chain, warehousing, last-mile delivery and customer operations

  • Owning group-wide operational P&L performance and driving year-on-year improvements in productivity, efficiency and cost

  • Establishing clear group-wide standards across safety, quality, reliability, customer satisfaction and operational performance

  • Ensuring consistent execution and aligned KPIs across all markets

  • Building scalable operations that support growth without compromising customer experience

  • Ensuring new markets, fulfillment centres and operational capabilities launch on time and are ready to scale

  • Partnering with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team on company strategy, growth and expansion

  • Providing operational input into financial planning, budgeting and investment decisions

  • Leading major transformation, automation and continuous-improvement initiatives

  • Strengthening business continuity, risk management and regulatory compliance

  • Building a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership and customer obsession

  • Developing and inspiring senior operational leaders across countries and functions

  • Strengthening leadership capability and employee engagement across operational teams

Success in this role will be visible through stronger operational P&L performance, consistent execution across markets, measurable improvements in productivity and cost, high levels of safety and customer satisfaction, and an operating model that can scale with Rohlik’s continued growth.

  • A proven track record as a COO, SVP Operations, EVP Operations or an equivalent senior operational leader

  • Significant experience leading complex, multi-country operations

  • Deep expertise across supply chain, fulfillment, warehousing, last-mile logistics and customer operations

  • Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen

  • Experience building and scaling operations in a high-growth environment

  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with disciplined, hands-on execution

  • A strong track record of improving operational performance, productivity and profitability

  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to align senior teams across countries and functions

  • Confidence working directly with founders, CEOs, boards and executive leadership teams

  • The ability to create clarity, accountability and pace in a complex organization

  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage

Experience that would be particularly relevant

  • E-commerce, grocery, retail, logistics or technology-driven operations

  • International expansion and multi-market scaling

  • Digital transformation, automation or technology-led operational improvement

  • Complex, high-volume and time-sensitive customer operations
