Job Description

Quadient is a global leader in business communications, customer experience, and parcel locker solutions, helping organizations simplify the delivery of physical and digital communications. Through Parcel Pending by Quadient, we operate one of the world's largest and fastest-growing automated parcel locker networks, with thousands of locations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

As a Business Development / Site Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our parcel locker footprint by identifying, securing, and developing high-value locations for new locker installations. You will build strategic partnerships with property owners, retailers, municipalities, transportation authorities, and other key stakeholders to create a convenient, carrier-agnostic delivery network that serves where people live, work, shop, and travel.

This is a highly visible role that combines business development, real estate strategy, relationship management, and market expansion. You'll work at the forefront of e-commerce and last-mile logistics, helping drive the next phase of growth for one of the industry's most innovative delivery solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and evaluate potential locker locations based on traffic, accessibility, parking, connectivity (power and internet), safety, and security
  • Build relationships with property owners, operators, and decision makers
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with Host organizations, including site agreements, revenue share, or rental arrangements
  • Coordinate with internal onboarding and installation teams to ensure smooth deployment of locker systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Host organizations before, during, and after installation
  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with Host partners after installation
  • Proactively monitor locker performance and usage data
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Host management and internal leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, operations, installation, and customer success
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency in the location acquisition process
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction that leads to additional opportunities
  • Support business development efforts and new network expansion
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending by Quadient

Qualifications

About You

  • Self-starter with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Required Experience

  • Experience working in or selling into retail, logistics, parcel, real estate, or property management sectors
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage the site acquisition or business development process from planning through agreement
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of parcel locker and delivery network solutions
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or C2C parcel delivery or logistics
  • Salesforce (SFDC) experience
  • Knowledge of real estate, property development, or retail property markets is helpful but not required
