About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Site Monitoring and Data Analytics Analyst to help oversee the health and performance of our portfolio of over 600 solar sites across the United States. You will work closely with our Senior Manager of Data & Asset Management to ensure timely issue detection, data quality, and administrative organization as we scale.

This is a role for someone who thrives on consistency, is energized by cleaning and organizing data, and takes pride in catching issues before anyone else. Half the job involves reviewing site performance dashboards to identify problems within the hour of occurrence; the other half focuses on administrative excellence and process improvement.

About us:
We’re one of the fastest-growing solar asset owners in the country. We manage hundreds of commercial and industrial solar sites across the U.S.  We believe that the people in the field, in the weeds, and in the office deserve just as much respect as the folks in the boardroom. We’re serious about performance, safety, and world-class operations of our solar and battery fleet.

Key Responsibilities - Site Monitoring (50%)

  • Conduct daily performance sweeps of ~200–300 active and pre-construction sites using PowerBi and AlsoEnergy monitoring dashboards.
  • Flag and confirm real-time issues (within 1 hour of occurrence) and generate tickets for tracking and follow-up.
  • Escalate problems to the appropriate Regional Asset Manager.
  • Track site-level warranties for inverters, racking, panels, trackers, and data equipment, and create proactive inspection tickets as expiration nears.
  • Support weekly reporting processes, including Production reports, Scorecards, investor summaries, and regional performance updates.

Key Responsibilities - Administration & Data Organization (50%)

  • Verify folder structures and documentation for new site onboarding, ensuring all data is added to the appropriate trackers and systems.
  • Maintain and update hardware and contract trackers (e.g. lat/long data, contract one-offs, etc.).
  • Extract and track compliance obligations from regulatory, contractual, and policy sources, entering requirements into Salesforce for organizational compliance monitoring.
  • Help complete regulatory forms such as EI-860, EI-860A, and EIA-923 across our fleet on a recurring schedule.
  • Reorganize our existing file structure and improve document accessibility and consistency across the team.
  • Occasionally assist the team with resume screening and interview scheduling.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in the solar industry with a basic understanding of power, weather, volts, amps, and solar monitoring
  • +1 year experience using AlsoEnergy strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools;
  • +1 year experience using PowerBi preferred.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization or startup.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking: ability to notice irregularities and troubleshoot independently.
  • Strong written English; capable of writing professional emails with correct grammar and formatting.

Technical Setup

  • Personal computer (2020 or newer) with minimum specs: Intel i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD.
  • Hardwired primary internet + cellular backup (minimum +10 Mbps, <20 ms ping).
  • External monitor and headset required.
  • Familiar with Zoom, Slack, Outlook, Teams, Dropbox, Adobe, and Google Suite.

Work Ethic & Traits

  • Enjoys structured , detail-driven work with consistent daily patterns—perfect for someone who enjoys clear routines and predictable execution.
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal instruction.
  • Organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive about solving problems before they grow.
  • Willingness to work U.S. Eastern hours, including weekends.

Employment Logistics

  • EOR arrangement: We use the platform Multiplier.com, an employer of record (EOR) platform that ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Payroll management: Paychecks are issued by Multiplier after withholding local taxes
  • Frequency of pay: Paid twice per month (semi-monthly)
  • 13th month pay: Multiplier handles 13th month payments as required by local law
  • Currency conversion: We cover the cost of currency conversion
  • Time-tracking: You will use Multiplier’s built-in timesheet portal
