Site Operations & Workplace Experience Associate

As the Site Operations & Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making Wix in the U.S. a fantastic place to work. From managing vendor relationships and overseeing our awesome office space, to handling purchase orders and planning exciting activities, you’ll ensure our team has everything they need to thrive!

• Vendor Champion: Build and maintain strong, friendly relationships with vendors to ensure we're getting top-notch services for real estate, legal, facility management, and more.

• Office Guru: Keep our office running like a well-oiled machine. Oversee daily operations and maintenance to create a space where everyone loves to work.

• PO Prodigy: Own the budget requisition and purchase order (PO) process. Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to negotiate deals, monitor invoices, and ensure everything is processed smoothly.

• Employee Experience Maestro: Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to make sure every Wix U.S. employee has a stellar experience. Your plans and actions will directly shape how our team feels about their workplace.

• Event Extraordinaire: Bring the fun! Plan and implement awesome in-house or off-site activities like celebrations, happy hours, and other engaging events that make everyone excited to come to work.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 4 times per week.

• Hands on experience  managing vendor relationships and owning the budget requisition and purchase order (PO) process

• Proven experience in managing buildout processes and executing facility projects efficiently and effectively

• Experience successfully managing projects from inception to completion, including overseeing budgets and ensuring seamless execution

• You designed and organized employee engagement and company events, ensuring fun and memorable experiences

• You are naturally willing to collaborate with others and demonstrate resourcefulness and ingenuity

• You think of the bigger picture but are not reluctant to roll up sleeves and do small tasks

Approximate base compensation is $80,000 - 90,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

Final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
