About this opportunity:
SNOC Manager is responsible for Satellite NOCs activities to ensure quality delivery on the committed operational and financial targets, to initiate improvement plans based on deviations detected in collaboration with delivery stakeholders, to track, report and improve MS contract efficiency targets through automation initiatives and Global best practice adoption.

What you will do:
  • Embracing and supporting BCSS strategic initiatives such as SDE plans
  • Responsible for local SNOC efficiency targets.
  • Responsible to secure that the quality and cost of the services delivered by the SNOC are in accordance to the expected levels agreed through WLA for MS Network
  • Focus on operational and financial performance in accordance to the WLA, covering service delivery performance.
  • Focus on productivity and efficiency of the delivery team under their responsibility
  • Ensure optimal team dimensioning with respect to the scope of delivery.
  • Build strong collaboration and team-spirit across the delivery teams to enable performance towards overall account and regional targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Responsible for Operational Management: ensure that the Service Delivery by the Operations teams are compliant as per the contractual SLAs and drive Operational Excellence end to end
  • Ensure any over-delivery is identified and highlighted towards management
  • Responsible for Internal Governance for MS Contracts to monitor that costs booked to a contract are in-line with WLA and delivery performance is meeting required WLA targets.
  • Responsible for Contract Transformation & Handover: operational preparedness for the new contracts / Change request for running contracts
  • Accountable & responsible for defining pyramid per MS contract
  • Accountable and responsible for automation targets and initiatives.

The skills you bring:
  • Telecom Managed Services experience from vendor and/or service provider
  • BSc or equivalent degree
  • Previous experience from managing contract delivery (5+ years required)
  • Management experience (10+ years)
  • Resource management (including budget management)
  • Highly developed line management skills and leading by example.
  • Self-motivated and works well under pressure.
  • Performance and results oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility and empowerment.
  • Highly developed skills in interpersonal communication and ability to communicate effectively on an executive level, both internally and externally.
  • Customer oriented and business minded - has a consultative approach and focus on profitability.
  • Highly developed skills in driving change.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a global delivery team
  • Analytic with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Highly developed skills in knowledge sharing by actively contributing knowledge, experiences and skills to create a learning culture.
  • Highly developed knowledge in diversity awareness
  • Good conflict management skills.
  • Good English language skills oral and written.
  • Contract delivery language will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of products and systems in the customer's network.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the customer's business situation.
  • Deep understanding of the managed service delivery business requirement
  • Deep understanding of the Ericsson Service Delivery Processes for Managed Services and Hosting
