About Our Role:
We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Social Media and Partnerships Manager to own and evolve our social presence across the portfolio. This is a dynamic role for someone who can set the strategy— not just execute against it — and use insights, partnerships, and original content to grow our brands. This role will lead social strategy end-to-end, build and manage influencer and creator relationships, develop high-impact partnerships, and will produce creative that brings our hospitality brands to life in a way that feels authentic, inspiring, and differentiated.
Essential Functions:
- Own the strategy, planning, execution, and growth of organic social media channels across theTrailborn Brandportfolio(Instagram,Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn,Threads,and Pinterest)
- Define the vision, channel mix, content pillars, and growth roadmap for organic social
- Set quarterly goals tied to brand and business outcomes — not just engagement metrics
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, cultural moments, and emerging formats; translate them into action
- Build strategic partnerships that extend brand reach
- Identifyand develop co-marketing partnerships with aligned brands, media, and tastemakers
- Lead outreach, scoping, and execution of partnership activations across socialand marketing channels, including event production and management
- Measure partnership impact and build a repeatable playbook
- Lead the creation and coordination of engaging, on-brand social conten
- Partner withStudio team, property teams, and external partners on photography, video,content,and campaigns
- Write compelling, consumer-facing copy andmaintainbrand consistency
- Coordinate with Director of Lifecycle and CRMandproperty teamsto understand upcoming events and milestones and plan social content.
- Develop and manage influencer and creator relationships
- Source, vet, negotiate, and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, creators, and ambassadors
- Build a scalable influencer program — paid, gifted, and earned — with clear briefs, KPIs, and post-trip reporting
- Own the creatorpipeline:stays, events, content rights, contracts, and performance tracking
- Analyze social performance and drive continuous improvement
- Respond to data and effectiveness, analyzingcontent and audience performanceregularly
- A/B test content formats, hooks, and posting cadence; documentwhat'sworking and iterate on whatisn't
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media strategy experience for a hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or consumer brand preferred
- Proventrack recordsetting social strategy and growing audience, engagement, and brand affinity at scalerequired
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and evolving social media trendsrequired
- Track recordof developing compelling, successful partnerships thatalign audiences and extend brand reach
- Strong written communication, content creation, and storytelling skillsrequired
- Experience managing influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, or ambassador programs preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentrequired
