J.P. Morgan is seeking a Social Media Content Producer to join our team in New York City. In this role, you’ll produce graphics, videos, write engaging copy, and share stories that highlight our global banking business.
As a Social Media Content Producer Analyst within Commercial and Investment Banking where you will be a creative storyteller who is passionate about social media, you will help create social media content for one of the world’s largest financial services firms. You will collaborate with colleagues across communications, marketing, and lines of business to craft content that resonates and elevates our brand presence.
Job responsibilities
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for J.P. Morgan social media channels.
- Write creative copy and develop graphics that tell the story of our global banking business and its clients.
- Develop repeatable, social-first templates.
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, and business teams to source and amplify stories.
- Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh ideas.
- Track and report on content performance using analytics.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and deadlines.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 1+ years experience in social media or digital content creation.
- Proficient video shooting and editing skills.
- Creative writing and copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute ideas.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience creating content for a brand or large organization; familiarity with social media analytics and management tools.
- Interest in financial services or community impact.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire for growth.
Candidates considered for this role will be asked to supply writing and video or graphic design samples.
