Fundwell is a financial technology platform revolutionizing the way businesses access capital. Traditional business financing often involves complex processes, hidden fees, and lengthy approval times. We're changing that and fast. Leveraging our proprietary technology, deep industry expertise, and ethical-first approach, we deliver quick, transparent, and tailored funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. Today, our platform is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to own our social presence across Fundwell and our portfolio of brands. You'll shape how we show up online, create content that actually connects, and manage social accounts for our leadership team, including our CEO.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop social strategy, produce video and visual content, and turn performance data into sharper creative. If you're someone who lives on social, has strong visual instincts, and can write in a brand voice that doesn't sound like corporate filler, we want to talk.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Own and manage social media calendars across Fundwell and related brands

  • Develop a social media strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, and growth

  • Create platform-native content—graphics, short-form video, and copy

  • Manage the social presence for executive leadership, including our CEO

  • Be comfortable appearing on camera for content when needed

  • Track post performance and deliver weekly/monthly recaps with clear takeaways

  • Optimize content for discovery, delivery, and engagement across platforms

  • Support SEO efforts by publishing and refreshing blog content for search and AI discovery

  • Monitor community interactions and elevate meaningful conversations

  • Stay current on social trends and competitor activity to keep our content relevant

  • Provide general marketing support as needed

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or related field

  • 2+ years of experience with brand social media accounts, content marketing, or related experience

  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to write in a brand voice that sounds human

  • Experience creating social video, from concept through publish (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • A sharp eye for design and visual storytelling

  • Comfort using tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously

  • Genuine interest in social media trends and digital culture

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing social accounts for brands, executives, influencers, or public-facing leaders

  • Familiarity with fintech, B2B, or startup environments

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

Why Fundwell?

  • Generous paid time off

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly growing fintech leader.

  • Collaborative, supportive team culture with a focus on training and development.

  • Prime office location in New York, NY.
