LiveFlow is building the next-generation accounting and finance platform - enabling lean finance teams to run massive enterprises.
We’ve raised over $21M from top-tier investors including YC, YC Continuity, Valar, Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, and Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google).
Today, thousands of companies rely on LiveFlow to streamline their financial workflows, with hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2.
Our founding team previously worked at Revolut, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs.
Why Join UsYou’ll help shape not just the product - but how we build it.
We’re a team that values ownership, speed, and thoughtful iteration. We’re looking for people who ask great questions, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about building something customers genuinely love.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and customers, operating with a high degree of autonomy - while contributing to a culture that’s collaborative, ambitious, and constantly evolving.
The RoleWe’re hiring Software Engineers to build AI agents that power the next generation of LiveFlow.
This is a full-stack role at its core - but with a strong focus on designing and developing agent-driven systems that are embedded directly into the product.
You’ll work on AI-powered features, thinking deeply about how agents behave, interact with financial data, and deliver reliable, high-impact outcomes for users.
This isn’t about bolting AI onto existing workflows - it’s about reimagining how financial software operates with AI at its core.
What You’ll Work OnBuilding AI agents that are deeply integrated into the product
Designing systems that combine LLMs, workflows, and structured financial data
Developing a real-time, collaborative financial workspace
Designing and scaling APIs and backend systems
Integrating with multiple financial data providers
Crafting simple, intuitive abstractions for complex financial workflows
Ensuring high standards of data security, reliability, and compliance
In Engineering:
We experiment aggressively with tools like Cursor, Claude, and PR-based AI agents
We’re investing in Claude skills, sub-agents, and custom command workflows
Engineers are encouraged to bring their own tools, test new approaches, and share what works
We optimize for speed, leverage, and iteration, not rigid processes
In the Product:
We’re building AI features that are deeply embedded into financial workflows
Focus is on accuracy, usefulness, and real customer impact
We care about outcomes over hype - everything we ship needs to work in production
Backend: Elixir / Phoenix
Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript
Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform
We don’t expect experience in everything.
If you’ve worked with functional languages, frameworks like Rails/Django, or modern frontend stacks, you’ll ramp quickly. What matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, and build.
What We’re Looking ForStrong software engineering fundamentals (frontend, backend, or full-stack)
Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation (or strong interest in doing so)
Product mindset - you care about users and outcomes, not just implementation
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
High ownership and willingness to wear multiple hats
Strong intuition for when to follow best practices - and when to rethink them
