Key Responsibilities

• Contribute rapidly to our core software platform and new products that automate the leasing process, and help our customers operate their apartment communities more efficiently

• Develop and own new features that increase value for our customers

• Propose meaningful improvements to our software architecture and design patterns

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelors degree in Winter 2025 - Spring 2026

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Someone who is excited to work hard at a fast-growing startup, and has a strong bias for action

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Nice to haves:

• Experience interning or working in a startup environment  

• Understanding of machine learning and data and AWS experience

Job Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $180,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
