Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and supporting Azure services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise application architecture, hands-on leadership in Power Platform solution delivery, with an emphasis in integrating Power Platform with Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of enterprise applications using the full Power Platform suite: Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model‑Driven Apps), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
Design and optimize Dataverse data models to support scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
Architect integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus.
Define technical standards, reusable components, and best practices for Power Platform development.
Translate business needs into technical roadmaps, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Design and establish health ALM strategies for multi-developer teams.
Development Leadership
Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams across Power Apps, flows, and Azure integrations.
Deliver hands-on support for complex solution components and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other architects to align designs to business goals.
Governance, Security & Compliance
Establish governance frameworks for Power Platform including environment strategy, DLP policies, and COE foundations.
Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, accessibility, scalability, and performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with enterprise architecture, data engineering, and integration teams to ensure consistent design patterns.
Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise Power Platform adoption and capability development.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or enterprise application design.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions with:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven)
Dataverse and relational data modeling
Power Automate
Azure Functions
REST API integrations
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
Familiarity with DevOps practices for Power Platform & Azure (solution ALM, automated deployments).
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Databricks, Fabric and modern data platform architectures.
.Net / C# / JavaScript / Typescript proficiency
Knowledge of:
Event‑driven architectures
Azure Service Bus or similar messaging technologies
Enterprise data integration patterns (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch)
