About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Solution Architect to manage the technical design of the solution and be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable technical solutions in their respective technical domain based on the customer specifications and business needs. Also, Solution Architect should manage technical discussion with customers as well as with the rest of the team members

What you will do:

• Contribute to creating a proposal - 제안서 작성에 기여
• Design customer adaptations - 고객 맞춤 설계
• Specify hardware and software to order - 주문할 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 사양 정의
• Provide input into technical resource requirements - 기술 리소스 요구사항에 대한 입력 제공
• Present the solution internally within Ericsson - 에릭슨 내부에서 솔루션 발표
• Provide technical support and input to the delivery team - 딜리버리 팀에 기술 지원 및 인풋 제공
• Manage the resolution of technical problems - 기술적 문제 해결 관리
• Define, clarify, and agree on customer requirements - 고객 요구사항 정의• 명확화• 합의
• Participate in risk analysis - 리스크 분석 참여
• Read up on new technology / technical areas - 신규 기술/기술 분야 학습
• Develop course material as SME - SME로서 교육 자료 개발
• Share information about the solution to enable customer competence building - 고객 역량 강화를 위한 솔루션 정보 공유
• Support the deployment of the solution - 솔루션 배포 지원
• Provide feedback to R&D - R&D에 피드백 제공
• Contribute to SA or other relevant communities within Ericsson - SA 또는 에릭슨 내 기타 관련 커뮤니티에 기여

You will bring:

• Experiences: From new graduates up to 10 years of relevant experience - 경력: 신입 대졸자 또는 유관 경력 10년 미만 보유자(통신 장비 분야 경험 우대)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electronic Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience - 학력: 관련 전공 학사 이상 또는 그에 상응하는 경력 보유자
• Preferred domain knowledge: Cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI), network design, switches (Cisco, Extreme, etc.), servers (Linux, etc.) - 기술 분야: 클라우드 인프라(Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI), MANO, 네트워크 설계 지식, 스위치(Cisco, Extreme 등), 서버(리눅스 등)
• Business-level Korean and English communication skills - 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
• Ability to work with customers based on strong communication skills and technical expertise - 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력과 전문 기술 역량을 바탕으로 고객과 협업할 수 있는 능력
• Ability to apply expertise and technology - 전문 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 역량
• Strong analytical learning and research skills - 분석적 사고와 지속적인 연구 역량
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations - 결과 지향적이며 고객 요구사항을 충족할 수 있는 자세
