Solution Engineer (AI & Copilot)

As a Solution Engineer (AI and Copilot) in the Europe South, Microsoft Commercial Business organization, you will help customers across Greece understand and unlock the value of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions as you work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to shape how organisations adopt AI.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Microsoft's AI transformation, helping some of our most strategic customers reimagine the way people work with Microsoft Copilot.

You'll combine deep technical expertise with consultative customer engagement to lead AI conversations, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide pilots and proofs of concept that showcase the real-world value of Copilot. Working across Microsoft's specialist, partner, and solution sales teams, you'll help customers turn AI ambition into measurable business outcomes through innovative, end-to-end solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you'll shape customer strategy, influence key decisions, and help organisations navigate one of the most significant technology shifts of our time. You'll also play a key role in strengthening Microsoft's competitive position by sharing market insights, understanding emerging customer needs, and helping define how we bring AI solutions to market.

Build and deepen customer trust by using your technical, domain, and industry knowledge to engage key technical decision makers and influencers, helping lead sales strategy and drive complex technical wins for Copilot and AI solutions.

Develop and execute competitive strategies by building competitive knowledge, documenting compete patterns in the Copilot and AI space, and sharing insights within the community to inform competitive selling approaches and escalation paths.

Partner closely with sellers, specialists, and partners to scale successful customer outcomes in a sell‑with environment, promoting the partner ecosystem, supporting partner technical capacity, and contributing to subsidiary strategy for Copilot and AI adoption.

Proactively identify market patterns, customer needs, and potential threats across accounts and workloads, and translate these into strategic responses and feedback to business groups that shape Microsoft’s AI and Copilot offering, go‑to‑market, and customer success motions.

Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.

Experience working with Microsoft Modern Work technologies, comparable competitor solutions, Power Platform, AI solutions, agents, or agentic AI technologies.

experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.

Experience leading technical discussions, demonstrations, pilots, or proofs of concept.

Understanding of customer adoption, change management, and technology transformation journeys.

Awareness of AI and the competitive technology landscape.

Ability to work effectively with partners and leverage partner ecosystems.

Fluency in Greek and English for business purposes.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience  OR equivalent experience 

Solution Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Greece is € 68,000.00 - € 144,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
