About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with clients during implementation and project engagements to design, configure, and deploy solutions within the AdBook platform. You will partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Client Success to translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role is highly project-focused and requires a strong combination of technical aptitude, problem-solving, and client consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Implementation Projects
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of the AdBook+ platform
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration and workflows
  • Deliver project milestones including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with agreed scope
Design and Configure Solutions
  • Become an expert in the features, capabilities, and configuration of the AdBook+ platform
  • Configure system features to support client business workflows
  • Provide recommendations on best practices and optimal platform use
  • Support integrations and data workflows where applicable
Provide Technical and Product Expertise
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during implementation and project engagements
  • Troubleshoot configuration and workflow issues
  • Provide training and guidance to client teams on platform functionality
  • Document solutions and configuration approaches for internal and client reference
Collaborate Across Internal Teams
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve technical issues
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to support solution design when needed
  • Provide feedback to Product teams based on implementation experience and client needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2-4 years of experience 
  • Contribute to implementation playbooks, documentation, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and client outcomes
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members when appropriate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with complex software platforms and client implementations
  • Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
  • Experience managing projects or implementation workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams

  • The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
