Company Description

Newton Research is a fast-growing software start-up founded by repeat entrepreneurs and well-funded by blue chip venture capital firms. We are working with cutting edge technology including LLMs and generative AI. We build products that leverage AI agents to handle complex marketing analytics workflows for our customers and partners.

Role Description

This team drives product growth by focusing on customer adoption and utilization of Newton’s AI solutions. This role is key to increasing customer engagement, showcasing the platform’s value, and keeping the voice of the customer at the forefront of the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have advertising technology experience and a diverse skill set encompassing growth, product, marketing, Gen AI, and customer success. This multifaceted role requires a motivated, highly organized, and process-driven individual with an attention to detail, strategic mindset, and executive presence — someone who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence both customer and internal teams at all levels. As an early team member, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our product and establish yourself as a leader in the AI and advertising analytics industry.

Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to a single strategic client, supporting use case ideation, strategic expansion, and platform training. This engagement requires 2 days per week onsite at the client’s NJ/NYC location.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to integrate platform usage into user workflow habits by guiding customers toward high-value use cases
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide guidance on leveraging Newton’s solutions effectively, acting as the communication bridge between customers and internal AI team
  • Monitor customer engagement through various platform utilization metrics
  • Serve as voice of the customer, gathering insights from customer interactions and translating them into actionable feedback for the product and AI teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the advertising technology industry, preferably in analytics or data operations
  • Deep understanding of the analytics and AI landscape, mainly how advertisers and publishers think about use cases in analytics, attribution, and profitability
  • Experience working with CPG brands or in CPG-adjacent environments is strongly preferred; familiarity with retail media ecosystems and Amazon data feeds — including Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) — is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for communicating and delivering technical solutions
  • Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales
  • Understanding of SQL and Python is preferred

Base Salary Range: $135,000-$155,000
