Solutions Engineer

About the role:

Curri is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of every enterprise deal — discovery, integration scoping, demos, and RFP responses. This is Curri's first SE role: you will build the playbook from scratch, free Engineering from sales cycles, and become the trusted technical voice across the Revenue org. Real integration design work, a direct line to Product and Engineering, and full ownership at a company winning enterprise share in a logistics market being rebuilt at scale.

What you will do:

  • Own pre-sales technical discovery and demos for enterprise opportunities, tailored to each prospect's stack and use case.

  • Lead integration scoping and design (APIs, TMS/ERP/WMS, custom workflows) and produce clean handoff documentation for Implementation.

  • Own RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses; build and maintain a reusable library.

  • Design and run proof-of-value pilots, including success criteria and outcome reporting.

  • Drive sales enablement — train AEs, build battlecards, maintain the demo environment.

  • Bring technical gaps and integration requests from the field back to Product and Engineering with clear prioritization.

What you need to have:

  • API and integration fluency — reading docs, writing calls in Postman or curl, and explaining REST, webhooks, and auth to non-technical buyers.

  • Discovery and scoping instincts to ask the right technical questions and translate them into clear integration designs.

  • Executive presence with VP and C-suite buyers — calm, credible, and articulate under pressure.

  • Demo craft to build tailored presentations that land, treating every demo as a product.

  • Cross-functional range across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Bonus points for:

  • Having read Curri's API docs ahead of time and arriving with thoughts on integration patterns or gaps.

  • Founder or operator experience — having built or shipped something yourself.

  • Prior experience with construction, industrial, or distribution buyers.

  • A natural instinct for coaching and leveling up the AEs around you.

What is in it for you?

  • First SE at Curri — full ownership to define the playbook, demo environment, and scoping process.

  • Direct influence on the Product and Engineering roadmap based on what you bring back from the field.

  • Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K).

  • Fully remote with occasional travel.

  • A high-growth, mission-driven environment where your work has direct and measurable impact.
