WhWhat You’ll Do:

The Solutions Engineering Specialist supports the Solutions Engineering team and broader Sales organization by owning the day-to-day operations that keep the team running efficiently. A core focus of this role is managing the end-to-end RFI and RFP lifecycle – from intake and cross-functional coordination through final submission – while also handling the project management, process documentation, and operational infrastructure the presales team depends on.

This is a junior role with real ownership. The role is responsible for delivering consistent, accurate responses across supply-side, demand-side and hybrid opportunities, ensuring alignment with Nexxen’s capabilities. You will partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Publisher Development, Operations, Product, and Marketing to keep workstreams organized, timelines on track, and drive high-quality submissions.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

  • Own intake, tracking, and coordination for all inbound RFI and RFP resquests across supply side, demand side and hybrid opportunities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Structure and manage responses to RFI and RFP requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current Nexxen capabilities alongside Solutinos Engineers

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the RFI and RFP content library within response platforms such as Loopio

  • Maintain data hygiene, process documentation, and version control within RFI response tools

  • Serve as the project managemetn backbone for the presales/Solutions Engineering team – tracking open workstreams, managing shared resources, and keeping deliverables on schedule

  • Coordinate cross functional stakeholders across Product, Legal, Engineering, and Sales to gather inputs and ensure high quality submissions

  • Support pre-sales efforts by gathering requirements, conducting feasibility checks, and aligning solutions to client needs

  • Develop sales materials and positioning content to support new business opportunities

  • Document customer requirements and feedback to inform Product and roadmap discussions

  • Support continuous improvement of RFI and RFP processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability

  • Assist in onboarding and educating cross functional teams on RFI processes, tools, and best practices

  • Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts including maintaining response frameworks and positioning materials

  • Conduct market research and contribute to go-to-market strategy and tactics in collaboration with Product Marketing

What will I bring?

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic, or a related function such as Strategic Planning or Sales Enablement

  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs

  • Experience supporting or managing RFI and RFP processes, with familiarity with tools such as Loopio preferred

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured responses

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to support data driven materials and insights

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $80,000 - 100,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
