We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions.

We're transforming how work gets done across Edelman, redesigning specialty workflows around AI, developing the tools and solutions that support them, and translating these new ways of working into more standardized, scalable services and offerings.

As the AI Transformation Solutions Lead, you'll support the SVP of AI Transformation in driving Specialty-Based Transformation across the firm, working closely with subject matter experts, product and engineering teams to rethink how work is performed and bring AI-enabled solutions to life.

You'll also help translate these redesigned workflows into clearly defined deliverables, service models and pricing frameworks that shape how Edelman scopes, delivers and goes to market with its services.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI transformation, solution design and business transformation. You'll help connect the dots from understanding how people work today, to designing and implementing better ways of working, to defining how those capabilities can be consistently delivered and commercially packaged for clients.

What you'll do

  • Support specialty workflow discovery and redesign: Work directly with specialty leaders and subject matter experts to understand how work is currently performed, identify pain points and opportunities for AI, and map current-state and future-state workflows end to end.
  • Translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions: Turn specialist knowledge and business needs into clear scopes, product requirements and workflow documentation that guide the development of new AI-enabled tools and solutions.
  • Support solution prototyping and development: Use generative AI tools to create mockups, prototypes and early solution concepts, working with product managers and engineering teams to turn ideas into practical applications.
  • Bridge business and technical teams: Act as a connector between subject matter experts, transformation leaders and engineers, ensuring that solutions reflect real workflow needs, technical requirements are clearly understood, and stakeholder feedback informs development priorities.
  • Support testing, rollout and adoption: Coordinate user feedback and testing, help develop onboarding and training resources, and track whether new workflows and tools are being adopted and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Translate redesigned workflows into standardized deliverables: Help connect new AI-enabled ways of working to Edelman's standardized menu of services and deliverables, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize or evolve what we deliver and how we deliver it.
  • Support service definition and commercial modeling: Work with offering leads and operational stakeholders to define deliverables, validate complexity and effort assumptions, and understand the skills, roles, staffing and costs required to deliver services through transformed workflows. Support the development of consistent scoping and pricing frameworks that reflect these new delivery models and inform how services are taken to market.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, operations, AI transformation, service design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI tools and their applications in business, with enthusiasm for exploring how AI can fundamentally change workflows and service delivery.
  • Experience conducting user research, gathering requirements and documenting workflows, processes or solutions.
  • Ability to translate in both directions: turning complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and explaining technical concepts in practical terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, including confidence working with structured data, spreadsheets and models to identify insights and inform decisions.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to turn ambiguous or complex information into clear requirements, frameworks, recommendations and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and evolving priorities.
  • Curiosity about how businesses operate, how services are delivered and how technology can improve efficiency, quality and commercial value.
  • Confidence working collaboratively across specialty teams, product and engineering, operations and business leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comfort working in an evolving environment where processes and solutions are still being defined.

Nice to have:
Experience in PR, communications or professional services; familiarity with AI prototyping, prompt design or product development; exposure to service catalogs, process improvement, workforce planning, commercial modeling or pricing frameworks.

You'll be part of a team fundamentally rethinking how the world's largest global communications firm works and goes to market in an AI-enabled world.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the full transformation lifecycle, from discovering opportunities and redesigning workflows to developing AI solutions, shaping standardized offerings and supporting new commercial models.

Working closely with transformation leadership, specialty experts and technical teams, you'll help build tools and ways of working that create real business impact, while contributing to how Edelman defines, delivers and sells its services in the future.

This is an opportunity to develop expertise at the intersection of AI, product development, business transformation and commercial innovation, helping shape not just how people work, but what the firm is able to offer its clients.
