DIRECTV is seeking a Specialist for our Ad Sales Revenue Recognition organization. This experienced professional will manage all revenue recognition processes (understanding the supporting data, system entry, and calculation of final revenue payments) across DIRECTV Advertising’s product offerings. The Specialist will provide support to the Director in larger revenue projects and may mentor junior team members.

Here's what you’ll do:

  • Manage system entry for monthly revenue recognition across our non-standard billing processes.
  • Build and pull scalable monthly reporting to calculate billable and payable amounts across all our partners.
  • Maintain supporting documentation, processes, and methodology.
  • Work cross-functionally with our systems operations, digital, business development, data, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate with external partners to align on monthly billing.
  • Validate incoming revenue share reports from partners.
  • General administrative oversight of the end-to-end monthly billing process across teams.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of corporate/working experience preferred.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work cross functionally across all Ad Sales teams.
  • Skilled Excel knowledge.
  • Media System knowledge (Looker, Salesforce, Operative.One, Freewheel, SSPs) would be a great plus!

This is a New York City, NY, based position that works both in-office (2 days/week) and remotely. #LI-Remote

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position and work location(s) listed in the job posting US Labor Market Zone(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

N4: $75,831 - 113,747

Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
