    • Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) and QA site releases, template changes, and migrations.
  • Off-Site Authority & Trust:
    • Assess E-E-A-T trust signals that drive citation across search and AI results.
    • Support digital PR, backlink strategies, and initiatives to ensure accurate brand representation across third-party sources and AI platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships:
    • Act as a subject matter expert, translating search strategy into clear briefs for Content, Creative, Product, Merchandising, Media, and Regional teams.
    • Partner with Analytics to support measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards, and test design.
  • Reporting & Enablement:
    • Own recurring operational reporting and competitive tracking across traditional and AI-assisted search channels.
    • Monitor the competitive and platform landscape, triaging technical anomalies and helping upskill partner teams

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency), ideally within retail or e-commerce, with a strong, demonstrated curiosity for AI search and GEO.
  • Technical Expertise: Foundational knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, indexability, site architecture, structured data/Schema.org).
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one enterprise SEO suite (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Botify, conductor).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze datasets, track KPIs, and build clear visibility dashboards.
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing or supporting multi-market, multi-lingual digital programs is a strong plus.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex search trends to non-technical partners across time zones.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements

  • Early exposure to GEO, AEO, or AI visibility monitoring tools.
  • Background in luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium retail.
  • Experience with international SEO (multi-market, multi-lingual, hreflang).
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS/PIM systems, Jira, and basic HTML/CSS.
