Overview
The North LAC Consumer Core team is seeking a dynamic, strategically minded Specialist Consumer Core Product to drive differentiation, adoption, and commercialization of Mastercard's key products.
Role
As a Specialist, you will support the Consumer Core sales specialist team across North LAC - including Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will support strategy, enablement, adoption, lifecycle management, and everyday support, ensuring every solution lands with excellence and delivers meaningful value to our clients and to Mastercard.
Job Responsibilities: • Helps develop business plans for Product, including P&L, benchmarking, market research, technical development, etc.• Helps with day to day operational processes: research, product performance, invoicing payment, sourcing, etc.• Works closely with regional teams, consumer core sales specialist in the markets and internal teams• Monitors product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and makes recommendations regarding solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product strategy• Provides support to sales and customer facing teams with case by case support, related to the operational processes of consumer products. • Manages processes related to local benefits. E.g. merchant benefits for everyday value (#beneficiosmastercard), affluent benefits such as airport parking and lounges, etc.• Reviews information on competitors' product offerings, business models and technology innovations on a regular basis and shares findings• Anticipates the future needs and requirements of internal or external customers to proactively together with sales specialist

• Project management experience• Operational management of day to day services (e.g. invoicing, the source approvals)• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices • Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions) • Communication skills to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning of Mastercard consumer products and services
