As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll help bring some of our key leadership and development programs to life. You’ll get hands-on experience across everything from program planning and participant communications to events, creative materials, and onsite experiences.

No two weeks will look the same. You might help prepare for an upcoming program, coordinate with facilitators, build participant materials, organize an offsite experience, or support a live training. You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to create a great learning experience.

What You'll Do

  • Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution
  • Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana
  • Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys
  • Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs
  • Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food and beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities
  • Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who is highly organized and pays attention to the details
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools
  • An interest in learning and development, leadership development, employee experience, events, or program management
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is helpful, but not required

Internship Program Details

  • Students must be able to receive academic credit from their U.S.-based college or university
  • Open to undergraduate and graduate students
  • The Spring 2027 internship program begins January 26, 2027 and ends April 30, 2027
