Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing Netflix Ads team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Client Partner(s). Our Senior Account Managers will partner with clients and sales on RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.  
In addition to managing key client accounts, Senior Account Managers will serve as subject-matter experts for the business they support, collaborate with Account Management leadership on sales enablement initiatives for internal teams, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a consultative partner to our top and strategic accounts in partnership with the sales team to understand their needs and present Netflix solutions
  • Provide clients with excellent customer service by making it seamless for them to activate campaigns on Netflix.  
  • Lead strategic media planning for key accounts and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  • Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Client Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance 
  • Host campaign kick-off meetings and partner with client on gathering campaign launch assets 
  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with clients on necessary campaign optimization and upsell tactics 
  • Work closely with Ads Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting
  • Provide clients with necessary data driven insights on campaign and measurement performance including post-campaign wrap reports
  • Ability to navigate campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent similar issues in the future
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative assets  
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities and ad policies. 
  • Lead and maintain training materials for the AM organization, build templates and be responsible for training new AMs who join their team in partnership with Sales Enablement 
  • Assist managers and partner with Sales Enablement in developing and continually enhancing new products, improving processes, running projects or workflows to ensure effectiveness.  
  • Relied upon as an SME for their Vertical or Agency Hold Co.  
  • Contribute to monthly billing & invoicing process with clients and finance 
We’re Looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills that build trust and loyalty with clients. 
  • Operational excellence through process rigor, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional coordination to make Netflix Ads easy to buy and deliver.
  • Audience-driven & solutions-based media planning experience with the ability to translate client business goals into effective Netflix campaign strategies
  • Experience in managing deals across multiple deal types including DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP and Live; Programmatic experience is a must. 
  • Data fluency and the ability to translate insights into data-driven storytelling to guide smarter client investment decisions that drive stronger outcomes. 
  • Proven project management skills with ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, iSpot, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $150,000.00 - $210,000.00. A portion of this compensation is variable.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
