What You'll Do:

The Senior Account Strategist, Strategic Growth Accounts is responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of both existing and newly acquired strategic accounts. This quota-carrying role sits at the intersection of Existing Business and New Business, partnering closely with Sales, New Business Account Strategists, and Operations teams to accelerate the growth and expansion of strategic client partnerships. 

As the commercial lead for your accounts, you will build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities through consultative selling, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver strong client outcomes and maximize program performance. 

  • Own a portfolio of strategic Existing Business and New Business accounts, serving as the primary commercial and relationship lead responsible for delivering YoY growth across Existing Business and QoQ growth across New Business accounts. 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client business and marketing priorities, identifying opportunities to expand relationships across business units, budget owners, and agency partners through consultative selling. 

  • Build trusted partnerships across all levels of client and agency organizations, including complex, matrixed stakeholder groups, to position Criteo as a strategic partner. 

  • Partner closely with Sales and New Business Account Strategists to support the transition from acquisition through long-term account growth, helping clients maximize the value of their Criteo partnership while identifying opportunities for continued expansion. 

  • Lead a cross-functional team of Campaign Management, Client Success, Analytics, Creative, and Technical partners to ensure client programs are optimized for performance and long-term success. 

  • Engage with clients through both virtual and in-person meetings, with travel expected approximately 1–2 times per quarter. 

  • Share client insights and market feedback with Product and Go-to-Market teams to improve the client experience, influence product development, and inform commercial strategy. 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or client partnerships. 

  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role with responsibility for driving revenue growth. 

  • Experience building executive relationships and serving as the primary commercial lead for strategic client accounts. 

  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem. 

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, think strategically, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes. 

  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship management skills. 

  • Competitive, results-oriented, and motivated to drive client and business growth.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,000 - $130,000
