Position Overview:

Provide assistance to the Director of Specialized Treatment Programs and Clinical Management Team in all areas of the program. Assist in the coordination of staff and services, and maintain/ oversee the clerical workflow.

Position Qualifications:


High school diploma/GED required. Prior office experience preferred. Prior experience with OMH preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to transcribe dictation from micro cassettes. Willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Efficient and organized. Accurate typing and filing skills. A genuine respect and interest in the wellbeing of children. Computer literate.
