Primary Purpose: The Global Coach Brand & Marketing Analytics team is responsible for providing insights, measurement frameworks, and scalable analytics solutions to enable the Coach Brand team to deliver its ambitious growth strategy. This role will contribute to the measurement of brand growth initiatives and leverage advanced analytics and AI to enhance, scale, and operationalize insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Brand & Consumer Analytics to:

  • Design and operationalize scalable analytics solutions, including automated reporting, forecasting, and insight generation, reducing manual workflows and increasing speed to insight
  • Analyze sales, consumer, and digital data to identify key drivers of performance and assess the impact of brand growth initiatives. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Own and evolve the global consumer forecasting model, improving accuracy and adaptability to changing business conditions through advanced analytical approaches
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance workflows, automate processes, and unlock deeper insights that improve speed, scale, and decision-making quality
  • Partner with Data Analytics and engineering teams to productionize and scale analytics solutions, integrating them into dashboards and self-serve tools used across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve how analytics is delivered across the organization, driving more efficient, scalable, and impactful ways of working

Qualifications

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • 3+ years experience in Digital / Consumer Analytics or related roles
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills required
  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling, using advanced analytics and AI to clearly communicate insights and drive action
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex analyses and generate data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, or improve business outcomes
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities to scale and operationalize analytics through automation and tooling
  • Exceptional creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Great attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at hand
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and succinct way
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive in an environment with rapid change
