Lead sustainment and strengthening of the Continuous Improvement Management System across the Service Experience value stream. Role Overview
The Sustainability Leader, Continuous Improvement (CI), is responsible for sustaining and strengthening the Continuous Improvement Management System within the Service Experience Value Stream. This role partners with leaders across teams to embed continuous improvement practices, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support delivery of business performance objectives.
The Sustainability Leader coaches Tier 1-3 leaders on foundational CI tools, facilitates capability-building activities, supports management system assessments, and drives adoption of standardized practices that improve operational effectiveness. Working closely with business leaders and the Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence (COE), this role helps teams identify opportunities, execute improvement plans, and sustain measurable results through structured problem solving and performance management.

Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Coach Team Leads, Directors, and other business leaders on foundational Continuous Improvement tools and management system practices, including root cause problem solving, standard work, visual management, and performance routines to strengthen team effectiveness and capability.
- Support the execution and sustainment of the Continuous Improvement Management System by facilitating assessments, participating as a Management System Assessment (MSA) assessor, and helping teams develop and execute 100-day improvement plans.
- Partner with business teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives that contribute to annual performance objectives and support targeted value creation through measurable operational improvements.
- Align team-level objectives with business scorecards by supporting performance tracking, visual management practices, and outcome-based discussions that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Community of Practice, share best practices, support tool standardization efforts, and provide informal mentorship to Change Agents and newer Sustainability Leaders as appropriate.
What You'll Bring
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience applying Continuous Improvement principles, methodologies, and tools in a business, operational, or service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence front-line and mid-level leaders while building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable improvement opportunities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to analyze information and create clear, impactful presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience serving as a Change Agent, Continuous Improvement practitioner, or related transformation role.
- Experience supporting management system assessments, operational excellence initiatives, or performance management processes.
- Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies, including Lean, continuous improvement frameworks, or root cause problem-solving approaches.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and supporting organizational change initiatives.
