· Support requirements for carrier data exchange, ACORD messaging, surplus lines tax filings, and delegated authority workflows as needed.

· Mentor and guide junior analysts or business users involved in requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications:

· 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of leading requirements efforts on complex projects.

· Deep background in commercial P&C insurance with direct experience supporting producer and broker operations across the submission, placement, renewal, and commission lifecycle. Familiarity with wholesale, surplus lines, or delegated authority workflows is a plus.

· Experience serving as a product owner or lead analyst for a CRM or business application, including backlog management and iterative delivery.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Core Competencies-
