Job DescriptionRequired Skills/Experience:
- -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable
- 10+ years of experience in Business analysis and process design, preferably within the Payments business or fintech industry
- Experience gathering information from multiple sources to create current and target state business process models
- Experience gathering requirements for build of new workflows
- Capable of proactively identifying core problems or opportunities within business processes
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience operating within agile framework with technology and design partners.
