We’re looking for someone to join our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team and help our retail fashion advertisers create world-class content experiences on Pinterest. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a cohort of critical clients who set the bar for strategy, creative, and product innovation on Pinterest. You’ll partner with fellow creative strategists and xfn partners to solve marketing challenges across a variety of objectives and business models. You’ll help advertisers develop full-funnel content strategies and creative that drive performance and partnership growth. You’ll be a top-notch creative, strategic thinker, and team player to help brands achieve business performance and do things never before done.

What You'll Do:

  • Own 1:1 partnership support for our US retail fashion advertisers.
  • Concept, develop, and present best-in-class creative strategies that empower top fashion brands to activate and scale on Pinterest.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify industry-wide challenges and account-specific opportunities, building creative solutions that address key business needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow creative strategists, producers, program managers, sales teams and more to drive advertiser success.
  • Represent Pinterest’s creative strategy expertise at key client touch points, championing the intersection of creativity and business growth for our most important fashion partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing and content development experience at a platform, brand, publisher or agency with advertising-based business models, ideally supporting clients in the retail or fashion industries.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing creative strategies—able to take ideas from concept to polished pitch decks, proofs of concept, and tangible deliverables.
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design, build, and present compelling creative materials that engage clients and drive action.
  • Ability to confidently present to senior-level brand and agency partners, inspire action, and field live feedback as a representative of Pinterest.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver who removes roadblocks and takes ownership to drive projects to completion with high quality.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable balancing ideation with hands-on creative execution to support both unique advertiser asks and broader team priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow—open to building new skills, adopting new platforms or software, and continuously honing creative or strategic abilities.
  • Passion for visually-driven, impactful creative work that moves the needle for both brands and business outcomes.
  • Candidates with a range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives—diversity in education and professional trajectory is valued.

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the New York office

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
