About the Role

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and operationally rigorous Senior Director of CTV Product Management to lead the growth of our CTV tech solutions. In this high-impact role, you will drive progress as a product leader and an operational orchestrator. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our core advertising technology stack while growing the product organization's connection between product development, executive leadership, and commercial teams to drive product rollout and adoption.

You will manage and scale a talented team of product managers and collaborate deeply with engineering, data science, revenue, privacy, and operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling programmatic ad tech products, a deep understanding of product operations and project management

Salary: $240,000-$290,000 OTE What You’ll DoCTV Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define the Vision: Own the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for our ad tech suite, explicitly mapping product milestones back to company-wide business objectives.
  • Market Insights & Strategic Outreach: Dedicate substantial time to direct interactions with clients, internal partners, and experts to distill insights and define product requirements.
  • Data-Driven Prioritization: Balance technical debt, maintenance, and net-new feature innovation using robust data and clear, framework-based prioritization metrics.
Team Orchestration & Product Operations
  • Executive Alignment: Act as an advisor and surrogate for the Chief Product Officer, translating high-level business objectives into operational execution across the product org.
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Serve as Product Marketing’s main point of contact for Product, ensuring alignment for all new launches
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Maintain and improve standardized interaction models and cadences between Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Client Services to eliminate siloes and ensure organization-wide alignment for product requirements.
Team Leadership & Talent Enablement
  • People Management: Mentor, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Operations staff, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and user-centricity.
  • Knowledge Management: Oversee internal product onboarding, documentation systems, and training resources to ensure internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Support) speak fluently about our solutions.
What You BringRequirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Adtech product management, with at least 4+ years dedicated specifically to CTV Tech
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing and scaling product teams.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem - DSPs, SSPs, media buying activities, auction mechanics, API frameworks, big data architecture, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in user discovery and client-facing conversations.
  • Self-motivated with a strong track record of leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
  • Domain knowledge in CTV self-service platform
  • Experience in managing product teams
  • Experience in a leadership capacity supporting the Chief Product Officer in stakeholder relations and product delivery duties.
  • Experience in an agency (holding company or independent) or agency-adjacent role supporting agency personnel in media buying and activation.
  • College degree in related disciplines
