About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to be a hands-on operator across four core pillars: campaign operations, paid media management, website optimization, and reporting. You’ll own paid social advertising end-to-end, take on a portion of our paid search program, and be a critical partner to the Director of Growth Marketing in translating strategy into executed, measurable programs.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who's equally comfortable running a paid social program without an agency, optimizing a paid search budget, building HubSpot workflows, supporting an AEO content strategy, and pulling together a dashboard that ties spend to pipeline.

What You’ll Do
Paid Media Management

  • Own paid social advertising end-to-end (LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels): strategy, execution, creative coordination, budget management, and optimization

  • Support management of our paid search program, working closely across our agency partners and helping manage the optimization and scale of this program

  • Act as the day-to-day right hand to the Director of Growth Marketing on overall paid media budget management

  • Monitor spend and performance across channels to ensure budget is allocated toward what's working

Campaign Operations

  • Build and maintain campaign infrastructure in HubSpot: forms, programs, automations, and integrations across our ad platforms

  • Partner with our GTM engineer and lifecycle marketer to build HS workflows for lead follow-up and routing

  • Work closely with the creative team to gather and coordinate all assets needed for campaign launches, including paid social creative, display images, and landing pages

Website Optimization

  • Run conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing across the website

  • Own execution of SEO/AEO initiatives, working within AirOps

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve on-site conversion and organic/LLM visibility

Reporting

  • Support in maintaining dashboards that connect marketing spend, particularly paid media, to down-funnel performance (pipeline, opportunities, revenue)

Who You Are

  • Analytically Driven: You have strong analytical instincts, and you're comfortable connecting paid media activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

  • A Systems Builder: You enjoy creating infrastructure and repeatable systems, not just running one-off campaigns.

  • Cross-Functionally Fluent: You collaborate easily across creative, lifecycle, GTM engineering, and agency partners, and you do it regularly, not occasionally.

Experience

  • 5-7 years in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company

  • Proven experience owning a paid social program end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting

  • Working knowledge of paid search (Google Ads), with comfort partnering with an agency and taking on direct execution over time

  • Deep hands-on experience in HubSpot (forms, workflows, programs, reporting): this role requires real fluency, not just familiarity

  • Comfort with CRO testing tools and methodology

  • Exposure to SEO fundamentals; familiarity with AEO or LLM-search optimization is a plus

Additional Information

This role is based in New York City at our Soho office. 4x a week in office.

Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)

  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later in office days.

  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks

  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits

  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)

  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)

  • Free One Medical Membership

  • 401k
