Get to Know the Role:

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the primary orchestrator of our Go-to-Market (GTM) execution. You will act as the central "hub," coordinating with channel specialists and creative partners to ensure our brand narrative is executed flawlessly across every touchpoint. You are a master of the creative brief, a guardian of the marketing calendar, and the primary point of contact for turning business objectives into compelling consumer-facing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

GTM Coordination & Execution

  • Project Lead: Manage the end-to-end execution of the GTM plan, ensuring all channels (site, email, paid, PR, social, and retail) are aligned with seasonal milestones and product launches.
  • The "Hub": Facilitate regular syncs between channel "spokes" to ensure a unified message and identify any gaps in the consumer journey.
  • Calendar Management: Own and maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring all teams are aware of upcoming beats and delivery deadlines.

Messaging & Creative Briefing

  • Brief Writing: Distill complex business goals and product features into actionable creative briefs. You will provide the "why" and "how" to the creative team to ensure assets are both beautiful and high-performing.
  • Messaging Consistency: Apply the established brand hierarchy and messaging guardrails across all creative assets.
  • Support: Serve as the first point of contact for channel leads (Email, Paid, Social) to help them refine their specific channel briefs to align with the overarching campaign story.

Product & Brand Strategy Support

  • Launch Support: Execute the positioning strategy for new collections, ensuring the product's unique value proposition is clear across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Content Strategy: Partner with the creative team to oversee the production of content (Video, Social, OOH, etc.), ensuring assets are delivered on time and meet the brand’s "luxury" aesthetic.
  • Insights: Support the leadership team in gathering consumer insights and post-campaign data to help refine future strategies.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Digital & Performance: Work closely with the performance team to provide the necessary assets and messaging for digital ads and e-commerce initiatives.
  • PR & Comms: Coordinate with internal/external PR to ensure the campaign narrative is reflected in press outreach and influencer partnerships.
  • Retail: Ensure the brand story translates effectively to the physical retail environment, coordinating signage and in-store messaging needs.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury or menswear.
  • Exceptional project management skills; you thrive in the "center of the wheel."
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn data into a creative story.
  • Experience working directly with creative directors and designers.

Perks: Why You’ll Love it Here

  • Generous employee discount
  • Summer Fridays
  • Casual dress code
  • Hybrid schedule
  • FOMO events (Exciting company-wide events)
