You will personally execute high-impact physician training and promotional events while simultaneously leading, coaching, and developing a team of three Customer Education Specialists and/or managers. This is not a purely managerial position — you are expected to be in the field, running programs, building KOL relationships, and setting the standard for your team through direct execution.
You will own the end-to-end customer education strategy for your region, connecting commercial objectives with best-in-class educational experiences that accelerate physician proficiency and drive commercial momentum for the Galaxy System.
TEAM STRUCTURE
This role leads a focused, field-based team designed for both strategic reach and local impact:
- Sr Manager, Customer Education (this role) — Player/coach; owns regional strategy and personally executes physician training programs and promotional events

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Player/Coach Execution: Personally plan and deliver physician training programs, hands-on labs, and promotional events — modeling excellence in clinical education and commercial engagement for your team.
- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, coach, and performance-manage Customer Education Specialists; establish clear expectations, provide real-time feedback, and build a high-performance field team.
- Sales Support Strategy: Develop and execute a regional customer sales roadmap aligned to commercial priorities, pipeline targets, clinical validation events, centers of excellence, and physician proficiency milestones for the Galaxy System.
- Promotional Event Management: Coordinate and lead promotional events — from regional symposia to national conference activations — that build brand awareness, generate pipeline, and support sales objectives.
- KOL Development: Identify, cultivate, and activate Key Opinion Leaders at the local and regional level; support KOL participation in peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, and speaking programs.
- Fellowship & Academic Programs: Build and maintain relationships with fellowship programs and academic medical centers; develop structured curricula to support next-generation physician training on the Galaxy System.
- Congress & Society Support: Represent Noah Medical at relevant thoracic, pulmonology, and oncology congresses; coordinate booth presence, hands-on labs, and scientific sessions in partnership with marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Quality & Regulatory Affairs to align education programs with commercial strategy, product launches, and product and QARA requirements.
- Content & Program Ownership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, review, and continuously improve educational content, training tools, and program formats to reflect current clinical evidence and product instructions for use. Own execution of product demo events personally and with your team.
