Job Overview
This leader leads an Enterprise F1000 acquisition sales team that delivers wireless voice, data, Internet of Things solutions to help customers improve operations and drive business outcomes. The role involves managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team focused on large enterprise sales growth, new business acquisition, and revenue generation across F1000 accounts.
The role differentiates by combining strategic leadership with direct sales management to build a team of hunters who bring grit, determination, and discipline to complex enterprise sales. This leader sets the strategy, operating rhythm, and performance expectations for the team while guiding sellers in executive engagement, solution selling, partner ecosystem collaboration, and cross-sell opportunities.
Success is measured by team performance, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets within key accounts. The work impacts organizational revenue and helps customers enhance connectivity across people, places, and devices through a level of partnership that sets T-Mobile apart.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a enterprise F1000 sales team to achieve revenue targets by selling wireless and Internet of Things services to enterprise customers
  • Coach and develop team members to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers in key accounts
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate sales professionals to maintain a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Collaborate with business management to align sales strategies with organizational goals and customer needs
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years Sales management - large enterprise / F1000 sales teams
  • 2+ years Outside sales
  • 4+ years Technology sales/Wireless industry
  • 4+ years Prospecting/account management

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $191,800 - $346,200, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $134,260 - $242,340
