Pinterest's Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead our North America Enterprise Business Partner function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Pinterest's largest and most strategically important revenue business. You will serve as the CFO-level thought partner to the North America Enterprise Sales leadership team — owning the full P&L and translating complex financial data into the strategic insights that drive Pinterest's revenue growth. You'll lead a team of finance professionals and work directly with senior Sales, Finance, and cross-functional leaders to shape how Pinterest invests in and scales its North America Enterprise business.

This role sits within the Sales Finance organization, whose mandate is to optimize value creation for advertisers and Pinterest through disciplined business leadership and seamless financial execution.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary finance thought partner and mini-CFO to North America Enterprise Sales VPs, owning full P&L stewardship across revenue, OpEx, and headcount
  • Evolve the business partner model toward a regional CFO operating model — moving beyond revenue forecasting to drive comprehensive financial accountability and strategic decision-making across the NA Enterprise business
  • Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting and planning; develop accurate, insights-driven forecasts with clear narratives for senior executive audiences including the CRO, CFO, and NA Enterprise Sales VPs
  • Proactively identify revenue opportunities, risks, and cost efficiencies — delivering actionable recommendations that fuel sustainable NA Enterprise growth
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Strategy & Operations teams on quota setting, investment decisions, headcount planning, and annual planning cycles
  • Build and maintain robust reporting infrastructure to monitor business health metrics, revenue pacing, and KPIs that scale with the evolving needs of the business
  • Champion an AI-first approach to Sales Finance partnership — embedding AI tools into forecasting, deal health intelligence, and revenue decision-making to raise the bar for how Finance drives impact
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 finance professionals, fostering a high-performance, psychologically safe environment with a focus on coaching, feedback, and career development
  • Build trusted, influential relationships with XFN partners across Sales Strategy & Operations, Corporate Finance, and Central FP&A, and represent the NA Enterprise perspective in company-wide planning and Earnings-related processes

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related quantitative field within a fast-paced technology, digital advertising, or media environment; 3 years of directly managing people
  • Proven track record of full P&L ownership — driving revenue, OpEx, and headcount decisions for a significant business or region
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and analytics, with the ability to translate sales strategy into actionable financial frameworks and recommendations
  • Demonstrated AI fluency — experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and forecasting workflows, with a rigorous approach to validating outputs and maintaining critical ownership of final recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously develop insights and present to senior executive audiences (CRO, CFO, VP-level Sales) with clarity, confidence, and influence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to build credibility, navigate competing priorities, and drive alignment across a broad set of senior Sales and XFN partners
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams, with a coaching mindset and commitment to inclusive talent development
  • Exceptional spreadsheet and financial modeling skills (Excel and/or Google Sheets); SQL experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development (Google Slides)
  • Entrepreneurial and intellectually curious — comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging the status quo, and building new processes from the ground up
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent experience
