  • Translate the North America marketing calendar, product priorities, promotional moments, and brand storytelling needs into a clear owned channel strategy that balances commercial goals with a consumer-first experience.
  • Define and evolve the content orchestration model for the pillar, including modular content architecture, dynamic content logic, campaign variants, and decisioning inputs that enable greater personalization at scale.
  • Serve as the senior Owned Marketing partner to NA Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Creative, and Stores, proactively shaping priorities, providing owned-channel perspective, and influencing how campaigns come to market.
  • Partner closely with Audience + Lifecycle to connect audience strategy, targeting logic, and customer insights with product, brand, and commercial campaign content.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, and Production teams to develop repeatable campaign frameworks, module libraries, copy approaches, and creative inputs that support sharper storytelling and more efficient execution.
  • Set the testing and optimization agenda for the pillar, including content, offer, creative, and personalization testing, while identifying opportunities to advance decisioning, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Monitor campaign performance and business impact, using results, customer behavior, and channel insights to refine future strategies and improve effectiveness over time.
  • Manage production and vendor investment for the pillar, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-impact priorities and used effectively.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Manager and Associate Manager, building capability across the team and fostering strong strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a consumer, retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
  • Experience leading commercial campaigns, brand storytelling, CRM, lifecycle marketing, owned channel programs, or customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of email, SMS, CRM, personalization, dynamic content, testing, segmentation, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to translate marketing calendars, product priorities, promotional moments, and business goals into clear owned channel strategies.
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Creative, Production, and Stores.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Key Competencies

  • A strategic, consumer-first mindset with a passion for creating relevant, engaging, and commercially impactful customer experiences.
  • A highly collaborative working style, with the ability to build trust, create alignment, and influence outcomes across a broad range of partners.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a test-and-learn mindset, with a desire to continuously improve how Coach engages customers across owned channels.
  • A balance of big-picture thinking and strong executional discipline, with comfort moving between strategy, planning, and detailed delivery.
  • A people-first leadership approach, with a commitment to developing talent, creating clarity, and fostering accountability, agility, and high-quality work.
