Who You Are:
HighLevel is seeking a strategically minded, execution-focused MSP Growth & Partnerships  Manager to help build and validate a new go-to-market motion within the Managed Service  Provider (MSP) ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, zero-to-one opportunity for someone who already knows the MSP market, has established relationships within the community, and is excited about helping HighLevel  build its presence in this rapidly growing segment.

You are a builder, connector, and operator who understands how MSPs operate, monetize  their customer relationships, evaluate technology, and build recurring revenue. You bring an  established network of MSP relationships and are comfortable leveraging those relationships  to open doors, start conversations, test market hypotheses, and accelerate HighLevel's entry  into the MSP ecosystem.

You aren't looking to inherit an established MSP program or follow a completed playbook. You are excited by the opportunity to help build one.

You'll work closely with Affiliate Programs leadership to identify the right MSP profiles, develop  and test HighLevel's value proposition, recruit and activate early relationships, gather market  intelligence, and turn what we learn into a repeatable MSP go-to-market playbook.

At the same time, you'll learn HighLevel's highly successful affiliate ecosystem and work with  the broader team to explore how affiliate-led growth can be creatively woven into a  differentiated MSP strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is  comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, isn't afraid to get into the details,  and sees the opportunity to help build something that could become a significant new  growth engine for HighLevel.

As the MSP motion grows, this role offers the opportunity to take increasing ownership and  potentially grow alongside the go-to-market strategy being built.

What You’ll Be Doing:

    ● Build and activate an initial pipeline of MSP relationships, leveraging your established  industry network to accelerate HighLevel's entry into the MSP market.

    ● Identify and segment the MSP profiles most likely to succeed with HighLevel and  continuously refine the ideal customer/partner profile based on real-world market  feedback.

    ● Own the MSP relationship lifecycle from initial outreach and discovery through  onboarding, activation, revenue generation, retention, and expansion.

    ● Conduct direct conversations with MSP owners and leaders to test positioning,  uncover business needs, understand objections, and identify product, integration,  enablement, or commercial gaps.

    ● Help develop and validate the HighLevel value proposition specifically for the MSP  market.

    ● Partner with Affiliate Programs, Product Marketing, Enablement, Marketplace, Product,  and other internal teams to develop the messaging, onboarding, enablement, and  infrastructure required to support the MSP motion.

    ● Learn HighLevel's affiliate ecosystem and identify creative opportunities to connect  affiliate-led growth strategies and economics with the traditional MSP business  model.

    ● Help build, document, and continuously improve the MSP GTM playbook based on  market feedback, experiments, wins, losses, and performance data.

    ● Identify ecosystem applications and integrations that materially strengthen the  HighLevel value proposition for MSPs, improve adoption, or create additional revenue  opportunities.

    ● Develop early lighthouse MSP relationships that can provide market validation,  feedback, advocacy, case studies, and future expansion opportunities.
    ● Track MSP pipeline, activation, revenue performance, market feedback, and key  learnings, providing actionable recommendations on where HighLevel should invest  next.

    ● Operate with a test learn adjust scale mentality, moving quickly while maintaining strong communication and cross-functional alignment.

    ● Represent HighLevel at approximately 1–2 relevant MSP industry events per quarter,  using events to build relationships, generate qualified opportunities, gather market  intelligence, strengthen HighLevel's presence within the MSP community, and support  development of the MSP GTM motion.

What You’ll Bring:

    ● An established and active network of relationships with MSP owners, executives, and  business leaders, with demonstrated ability to open doors and develop commercial  relationships.

    ● Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including how MSPs operate, monetize  services, build recurring revenue, evaluate technology, and make vendor decisions. ● Demonstrated experience building pipeline and developing new business  relationships rather than solely managing established accounts.

    ● A strong builder mentality with experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth,  startup, or zero-to-one environments.

    ● Comfort working without a fully established playbook and the ability to help create  one through hands-on execution, experimentation, and market learning.
    ● Strong commercial instincts and the ability to translate market feedback into  actionable GTM recommendations.

    ● Curiosity about affiliate-led growth and a willingness to learn HighLevel's affiliate  ecosystem and experiment with how affiliate and MSP models can complement one  another.

    ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external  stakeholders.

    ● Ability to work cross-functionally across Affiliate Programs, Marketing, Product  Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Marketplace teams.

    ● Ability to analyze relationship performance, pipeline, activation, and revenue data and turn those insights into action.

    ● Willingness and ability to travel approximately 1–2 times per quarter for relevant MSP  industry events, meetings, and relationship-building opportunities.

    Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

    ● 5+ years of relevant experience working directly within the MSP ecosystem, MSP focused technology, SaaS partnerships, channel development, business development, or a related role.

    Preferred:

    ● Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and technical ecosystem concepts.
    ● Experience with vertical SaaS, platform ecosystems, or product-led growth  environments.

    Additional Information

    What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is not measured simply by the number of MSP relationships created. The  goal is to help HighLevel determine how to build a scalable, productive MSP go-to-market  motion.

    Early success will include:

    ● Quickly activating an initial network of qualified MSP conversations.
    ● Helping validate and refine HighLevel's MSP ideal profile and value proposition.
    ● Establishing early lighthouse MSP relationships and generating measurable pipeline  and activation.

    ● Identifying the product, integration, enablement, and commercial requirements  necessary to make HighLevel successful within the MSP ecosystem.

    ● Developing repeatable recruitment, onboarding, activation, and expansion practices.
    ● Translating early market learning into the first version of HighLevel's MSP GTM  playbook.

    ● Identifying opportunities where HighLevel's existing affiliate model can create a  differentiated approach within the MSP market.

    ● Demonstrating a clear path from initial market validation to a scalable new growth  motion.
