The Sr Private Wealth Advisor manages client relationships, develops networks for referrals, delivers investment solutions, and ensures compliance with regulations. Requires strong financial expertise and experience in financial advisory services.
Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively develops internal and external networks for referral sources that generate prospects and create visibility in the marketplace.
- Manage client relationships by maintaining regular contact and periodically reviewing their financial needs.
- Build, promote and maintain adequate pipeline of opportunities across all elements of the US Wealth product set, including, but not limited to, bank products, advisory opportunities, brokerage and planning/ life insurance.
- Actively develop new relationships externally through referrals from clients, centers of influence and internal partners.
- Manage relationships by leading the client team in planning, delivery, and regular review with clients.
- Deliver a high degree of personal contact and open communication among clients and internal team that creates a superior client experience.
- Proactively communicate with clients about current conditions in the financial markets and necessary adjustments to their investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, department policies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate ability to be a value added, complimentary member of the team and support team selling initiatives, partnership activities, and cross business line referral objectives.
- Actively participate in community and business functions/groups to promote the image of Valley as an integral member of the community and establish referral contacts within the community.

Required Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage exiting relationships and new business opportunities.
- Currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 or equivalent.
- Currently State Insurance licenses for Life, Health and Variable products.
