Incorta is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Americas Regional Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Field and Partner Marketing initiatives across North America. This pivotal role is responsible for driving pipeline generation, accelerating deal cycles, and increasing market penetration by closely aligning marketing strategies with the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) sales and partnership teams.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of B2B marketing, especially within a regional structure, and a proven track record of executing successful, measurable marketing programs that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Execution: Spearhead the North America marketing strategy, ensuring tight alignment with sales priorities and rapid, effective execution of adapted campaigns and sales plays.
Pipeline Development: Design, execute, and manage a comprehensive regional field marketing plan focused on generating qualified pipeline (MQLs, SALs, SQLs) and accelerating opportunities through the sales funnel.
Sales Partnership: Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Americas GTM sales team, aligning marketing priorities, campaigns, and content with regional sales goals, territories, and strategic accounts.
Program Management: Oversee the execution of diverse regional marketing tactics, including targeted virtual and in-person events (e.g., workshops, roundtables, executive dinners, trade shows), local digital campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and sales enablement material development.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the regional marketing budget to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Co-Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement joint marketing programs with key strategic partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators, technology partners) to drive shared pipeline growth and elevate brand visibility.
Partner Enablement: Provide partners with essential marketing collateral, sales tools, training, and campaign support required to effectively position and sell Incorta’s solutions.
Joint Execution: Coordinate and execute co-sponsored activities, including events, webinars, content collaborations, and joint demand generation initiatives with partners.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the efficacy of partner marketing programs, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Measurement and ReportingPerformance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on all regional marketing performance metrics, focusing on pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Optimization: Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing programs, budget allocation, and GTM strategy in the region.
Communication: Regularly communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or Partner Marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Regional Expertise: Proven experience marketing to the Americas region is required.
GTM Fluency: Strong understanding of the sales process, pipeline stages, and the metrics that drive a successful B2B GTM organization.
Execution Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex marketing programs across multiple channels (digital, events, partners).
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Gong and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for reporting, campaign execution, and data analysis.
Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with sales leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% for regional events and internal meetings.
