About the role and team

As a Senior Account Coordinator within our Enterprise Strategic team, you are the engine that keeps our most complex merchant partnerships running. You will bridge the gap between digital systems and real-world operations, tackling the high-stakes administrative and analytical work that allows our partners to grow on the Uber platform. This isn’t just about data entry; it’s about owning the operational health of massive accounts where precision and speed are non-negotiable.

You will thrive here if you are energized by high-volume environments and have the grit to navigate internal complexity to unblock a partner. The work is often fast-paced and requires a meticulous eye for detail—one small error in a contract or setup can have a global ripple effect. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage tasks but proactively identifies ways to make our processes leaner and more effective for our merchants.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain deep operational partnerships by managing merchant setup, documentation, and complex administrative unblocking at scale.
  • Navigate internal Uber systems and cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers, ensuring merchant onboarding is seamless and efficient.
  • Own the data integrity for our largest accounts by managing contracts, records, and reporting with absolute accuracy.
  • Analyze account performance data to generate actionable insights, helping Account Managers and Client Partners make high-impact, data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the coordination of internal processes to bridge the digital and real worlds, ensuring our platform works perfectly for every merchant every day.
  • Communicate with resilience and clarity across sales, operations, and external stakeholders to resolve tension and move the business forward.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B operations, Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
  • Experience collaborating across internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in SQL with the ability to adjust and refine queries to pull specific datasets.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage complex client lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn raw data into strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-moving environment.
