Job Summary
The Senior User Research Analyst is responsible for unearthing customer insights in order to guide the experience. The Senior User Research Analyst provides actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users. You collaborate across development, design, and marketing teams to evaluate current and upcoming user research needs that help to improve product definition and drive business goals.

 

Essential Functions
 

  • The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned. 
  • Design and conduct research on various projects ranging from exploratory research to concept validation. 
  • Collaborate effectively with interaction and visual designers within the Experience Design team to deliver formative and summative research in cadence with the team’s design process. 
  • Work on cross-functional product teams, partnering closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Create research strategies, coordinate participant recruitment, and facilitate usability studies. 
  • Work directly with research participants. 
  • Generate insights that influence product strategy, feature design, and prioritization. 
  • Inspire stakeholders with creative and compelling presentation of your findings and insights. 
  • Plan, prioritize and manage research projects and serve as liaison with stakeholders. 

Required Experience:
6+ years related work experience. 
Related Bachelor's degree 
 

General Physical Demands:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases. 
Annualized Salary Range: $92,100 - $149,600
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $92,100 - $115,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
