Overview
The Lead Business Process Analyst provides functional leadership for business analysis activities, partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to define, document, and validate requirements that support organizational objectives. This role serves as a key liaison to ensure solutions align with business needs and goals.

Location: Remote with travel
Schedule: 
1st Shift with the ability to work outside of normal business hours for any emergencies including weekends based on business needs.
Travel: 
Up to 20% travel to any of our customer’s USA sites.
Compensation: 
$100,000–$120,000 annually plus bonus, based on experience, skills, and education. Includes comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis workstreams by setting approach, ensuring documentation quality, and supporting delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach business analysts, providing day-to-day guidance and peer leadership.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
  • Participate in application design and testing to confirm requirements are met.
  • Develop functional and technical requirements documentation.
  • Coordinate and execute timely systems testing.
  • Create and maintain business process models and training materials.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting as needed to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across IT and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma and 5+ years in Business Analysis, preferably within the Supply Chain industry.
  • Familiarity with Tier 1 WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan WMS), customized WMS and OMS solutions, and related IT systems, including system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience executing direct API testing activities, including validating REST API requests/responses, payloads, and error handling against business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of system integration concepts and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including delegation, goal setting, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations, OMS/WMS migrations, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in business process modeling tools and documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other modern project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on use of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) to validate integrations and collaborate with QA or integration teams on defect identification and resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
