Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

Job Summary:

The Staff Account is responsible for performing accounting functions related to month-end close process, account reconciliation, audit and other projects. Month-end close process, including prepare, review, and post journal entries. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Assist with annual audit preparations. Maintain and reconcile various schedules. Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Provide suggestions and input on changes to improve the efficiency of various processes and contributes to other projects assigned.

Education:

BS/BA in Accounting required.

Experiences:

1-2 years work experience preferred.  High attention to detail and organization.  Knowledge of Microsoft packages (especially Excel and PowerPoint) required.  Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects.  Strong written and communication skills.   Quick learner who is both motivated to work independently as well as a team player.  Ability to learn new systems.

Salary Range: $66,300 - $72,000
